Charter International plc (“Charter”) has been acquired by Colfax Corporation (“Colfax”), effective January 13, 2012 via a scheme of arrangement. The scheme was approved by the Board of Directors and Shareholders of both Charter and Colfax and sanctioned by the Royal Court of Jersey.
